Reach out any time — if a recruiter is not available, you will hear back the next business day. Drivers and owner-operators.
We are a 48-state carrier. Here is the actual mix, so you know what your weeks look like before you start rather than after.
Familiar lanes, steady miles, no coast-to-coast surprises.
Lemberg pays according to the agreement — and the longer you drive with us, the more you earn.
Weekly payments with no escrow, no hidden fees and no payment delays. Thirteen years, no missed payroll.
3,500+ miles a week on consistent, preplanned loads. Less time sitting, more time earning.
Rate is based on performance, time with the company, and compliance.
Year-round dry van, no hazmat. Mostly Midwest, South and East — the honest lane mix is below.
Straight mileage pay, weekly direct deposit, plus bonuses and extra pay for your time and performance.
Most carriers in this market take a security deposit off your first checks and keep a weekly escrow "for maintenance". Over a first year that is commonly $2,800 or more sitting in someone else's account.
We do not run one. What you drive is what you are paid.
Bonuses stack on top of your base CPM — the more consistent and safe you drive, the higher your effective rate. A recruiter will walk you through the current numbers for each one.
Two drivers, two weeks in a row, July 2026. These are the actual documents — only driver and customer names are covered. Click any one to read it full size.
The only thing taken out of your settlement is the occupational insurance the policy requires — that is the Escrow Account Summary line on these documents. It is not a maintenance escrow, not a truck deposit and not a weekly holdback: nothing else is ever deducted from your pay. A recruiter will walk you through it before you sign.
Our drivers run dry van freight. Owner-operators can also run open deck — flatbed and stepdeck — and reefer. Tell a recruiter which one fits and you will get a straight answer about what is open.
We provide a fully loaded truck, the trailer, a fuel card and a tablet with unlimited internet. A $3,000 sign-on bonus, 3,500+ preplanned miles a week across the 48 states, and paid every week. Nothing due to start.
Truck providedA route to owning your own truck while you run our freight, open to drivers after at least three months with us. The payment comes out of what you earn, and you run on the same terms as an owner-operator. Ask a recruiter which trucks are open right now.
Lease to ownYour truck, our freight desk. Steady freight in all 48 states — dry van, open deck and reefer — weekly settlements, a fuel card with the best discounts we can get, and dispatch that answers outside office hours too.
See the owner-operator terms → Your truckMost owner-operators did not start with a truck. They started driving, learned how the freight moves, and bought in when they were ready. Lease to purchase is the road between those two points, and you walk it with our freight under your wheels.
It works the same way as being an owner-operator: you pay for everything, and the only difference is that the equipment is not yours until it is paid off. In everything else you are as free as any owner-operator on our freight. First you drive for us for at least three months — long enough for you to see how we work, and for us to see how you work.
A small down payment, fully transparent, with no hidden fees and no balloon payment at the end. No bank and no credit application. You run under our authority the whole way, and if you decide ownership is not for you, you go back to driving on the same freight.
We do not put anyone off the street straight into a lease purchase — you need at least three months driving with us first. Ask a recruiter what is open right now and they will give you the payment and the term on the call, not after orientation.
We handle dispatch, maintenance, equipment and the unexpected, around the clock.
Your next load is assigned before you finish the current one. Less downtime, more miles.
Every truck has a tablet for ELD, hours of service and everything else you need on the road.
About 70% of our trucks bypass weigh stations. That is hours back every month.
In-house maintenance means repairs get handled fast — and on our dime, not yours.
Fuel on the company card within our network. No fronting money and waiting on reimbursement.
A real person picks up outside office hours too. You are never solving a breakdown alone.
Bring your dog. Riders welcome too, with a signed authorization from the safety department.
Flights home and car rental reimbursed up to $350 — fuel excluded.
At our office in East Dundee, IL. It runs until you are fully ready to take your first load.
Lemberg Group was built around one idea — a carrier drivers can trust. Same name, same ownership, and the paperwork to prove it: USDOT 2395323 is public, and everything behind it is on the FMCSA SAFER site for you to read. We run freight across all 48 states with steady miles, on-time pay and support around the clock.
We are looking for long-term cooperation, not a body in a seat. There is a trial period so both sides can see whether it fits. What matters most is your work ethic, your discipline and your desire to earn.
Trust starts with honesty. Clear communication, transparent pay, no hidden surprises.
Your success is ours. Steady miles, modern equipment and the support you need to grow.
We keep investing in our people, our equipment and our operations to create better opportunities every year.
Every mile you drive is backed by recruiters, dispatchers, safety specialists and mechanics whose job is to keep you moving, earning and supported. From your first phone call to every load you deliver.
We would rather show you our actual Google profile than write our own testimonials.
Every one of these is a real review on our Google profile, left by the person named. Driving for us and want to add yours? Tell your recruiter — we publish driver reviews under the driver's own name, with permission, and we do not edit them.
We would rather tell you now than waste your time on a phone call. If you check these boxes, you will most likely get an offer.
Call before you assume you are out. A single old violation is usually not a deal breaker, and we would rather look at the actual MVR than guess.
630-592-1235 — recruiting. Call or write any time; if a recruiter is not available, you will hear back the next business day.
Submit an applicationWhether you are looking for a driving position, a partnership or just have a question — we are one message away.
The application takes a few minutes and lands straight with our recruiters — no forms to email, no waiting on a callback to get started.
